Our engineering science and technology work is based on the following disciplines:

  • mechanics and electricity

  • information technology and electronics

  • agricultural engineering

  • automobiles

  • solid and liquid waste management.

We carry out a variety of exercises in our laboratories and garage/workshops focusing on:

  • machine design and development

  • signal transmission and reception problems and prospects

  • fault detection, repairs and maintenance of machine components and spares

  • waste resource recycling and processing.

The exercises help us build-up experience with which to firm-up hypotheses and to improve prototypes and field intervention proposals. These include useful devices for application in industry and in the home.
