EITD Research is a unique and succeeding venture in humanitarian service. Since its foundation in 1992, EITD Research has continued to ascertain and facilitate application of basic knowledge on development issues related to technology, enterprise and industries with remarkable effectiveness, from a rather deprived corner of the globe. Populations stand to benefit most when better goods and services are increasingly produced and consumed as needed, on time, in adequate amounts and quality, and at the least possible cost in a healthy environment. There simply is no question that such welfare, peace and stability results when and where the mix of enterprise, industries, technology and development is better understood and assisted. However, the vast majority of the world's population (and this population is increasing) is unable to benefit from the goods and services that may be produced and consumed as needed, on time, in adequate amounts and quality, and at the least possible cost in a healthy environment. This situation is already creating an alarming catalogue of problems that continue with increasing intensity, to cross national boundaries. These problems include problems of poverty, terror, authoritarian dictatorship, employment and unemployment, energy, climate change, education, water, food and agriculture. The work of EITD Research on some of these and other problems is carefully documented.. Some examples of these are presented on this site, and the work is continuing. As a private non-profit making non-governmental research and policy education institution, EITD Research works to achieve a high coverage of public and private sector needs that are not adequately met by other suppliers of knowledge, field services and technical support in the management of entrepreneurial, industrial and technological development. Our institution's system of management is innovative and flexible and continues to evolve in tradition, professionalism and excellence. Excellence in seeking the very necessary high levels of knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurial, industrial and technological development needs of today and days to come.
