1. Fair at the Exhibition Ground

 

 

 

 

 

Text Box: The exhibition will run for 8 full days. Stands/booths, empty spaces and services in the Fair ground are reserved on a first-come first-served basis. Booth space can be reserved in the following categories: Categories                                                  Contributions Primary/nursery/day-care schools                   20,000 FCFA Secondary/High Schools                                  50,000 FCFA Emerging groups                                             50,000 FCFA Established groups                                          75,000 FCFA Small Firms                                                   100,000 FCFA Medium-sized Firms                                      130,000 FCFA Big Firms                                                      200,000 FCFA Institutions (Administration, IGOs, NGOs and Universities                                             250,000 FCFA  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Training, Seminar and Conference Sessions

These will include sessions on:

  •  The Government's 2005 Budget
  •  ICT Training
  •  Teleconference on Civics and Citizenship
  •  Development Journalism
  •  Distance Learning
  •  Institutional service/policy presentations

 

3. Government Information Days

  These are set aside days for specific Government ministries and administrative offices to educate the public on its objectives, activities and results with particular regard to the Exhibition's theme, "Schools, Science, Technology and the Arts".

 

4. Competitions

These would include quizzes, debates, fashion parades, community development entrepreneurship, women empowerment and traditional dishes.

 

5. Entertainment

 

 

Text Box: In addition, entertainment packages are programmed to include open-air film and video projections, together with colourful traditional dance displays, drama and poetry recitals.
